Eleven small and medium-sized companies in Gangwon-do have succeeded in switching from domestic to export-type companies. This is the result of pioneering overseas markets despite the Korona 19 crisis.

Gangwon Techno Park (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon TP) announced on the 21st that 11 companies have pushed for overseas marketing through the "Local Specialized Industry Export Sprout Company Support Project." Each company received support for buyer meetings, sample purchase and delivery, and translation. In particular, Gangwon TP supported overall market research, marketing, and contract signing in conjunction with the World Association of Korean Trade Associations.

According to major performances by companies, Lowe & Company (CEO Lee Dong-hee) has pushed for export consultations with coffee and shower filters, raising the possibility of entering the Russian and Vietnamese markets. Cheongdam DC J&Farm (CEO Kwon Sung-pil), a cosmetics manufacturer, has secured a new sales and marketing channel with big data, while Evosonic (CEO Choi Jae-young), a sound wave massage maker, has laid the foundation for exports to the U.S.
