Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of vibration stimulation on unilateral ignorance in stroke patients.

Methods: This study was conducted on three stroke patients with unilateral neglect. A multiple baseline individual case study design was used, and the experimental design for each subject during the study period was: Subject 1 baseline 5 times, intervention period 15 times, Subject 2 baseline 7 times, intervention period 13 times, and subject 3 basic The baseline and the number of intervention sessions were different between the subjects with 9 preliminaries and 11 intervention sessions, but the total number of sessions was the same as 20 sessions. During each intervention period, vibration stimulation was applied to the subject's left forearm using a vibration stimulator for 30 minutes per session. Line Bisection Test (LBT) and Albert's test were performed to evaluate unilateral neglect at baseline and during the intervention period. Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS) was performed before and after the intervention to evaluate unilateral neglect in daily life. was used.

RESULTS: After vibration stimulation on the left forearm, LBT, Albert test, and CBS scores improved in all subjects compared to before intervention, and unilateral neglect was reduced.

Conclusion: As a result of this study, it was confirmed that vibration stimulation of the left forearm had a positive effect on the reduction of unilateral neglect in stroke patients.
